First-Time Homebuyers

I enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and have a knack for it. I believe this is where an agent’s skills can shine because we need to be ready to answer any and all questions–no question is “stupid.” Making sure a first-time homebuyer, and really every buyer, is comfortable, reassured, informed, and confident moving forward with a home purchase is of the utmost importance.

New Construction

My love for real estate blossomed watching my father build beautiful homes for people. That eventually led to me having the opportunity to work closely with my father and family to purchase land, select floor plans, design, build, and sell a number of spec houses together in Vermont before I made the move to Nashville. This process is still my passion and I’ve been able to start dipping my toes into the world of new construction in Nashville with some buyer clients and look forward to connecting with builders from the listing side.

Property Project Management

I help clients carry out projects around their property by researching vendors, coordinating meetings, obtaining quotes, ensuring projects are completed as planned in a timely manner, and coordinating payments to facilitate smooth processes for clients and vendors alike. I am task and detail-oriented which helps me keep up with projects and people so the client doesn’t have to. I have helped clients replace fencing, install a new entry gate, coordinated projects to prepare the home for sale, and am currently collaborating on a significant exterior redesign with a landscape architect and team. I am building a roster of great contractors and vendors through the various projects I’ve managed thus far.

Helping Humans Sell and Buy Homes

At the end of the day, I love educating and supporting clients and navigating the listing and buying process with them. I believe all humans should have equal access and opportunity to the security of homeownership and should experience the same concierge-level customer service.
